Digital Detox

I’ve been taking a break from my digital devices this month, with some help from @tanyagoodin and @timetologoff.

Taking time away from screens has helped me to feel a lot happier, a lot calmer and like I’m working on the things that are important for me.

So, if you need a bit more calm and clarity in your life, give it a go and ditch the screens.
