When we are on autopilot we cannot help but react negatively to change. Autopilot stays in control by sticking to habits and routines and therefore any change it sees as dangerous. Next time you feel an emotional reaction to something new or anything that seems to annoy you, take a deep breath and smile and ask yourself what’s really going on?
What are the upsides?
And what is there really to worry about?
Most of the time autopilot blows things out of proportion and ignores the inevitable Silver Lining.
